Application Guidelines
• Fluidized Bed Process: Preheat parts to 230℃ (adjust for thickness), dip 8-10 seconds, remove excess powder (1-minute stand + blow-off), post-heat 193-205℃ for 3-4 minutes.
• Electrostatic Spray (No Pre-Heat): Target 203-254μm thickness, 40-60kV voltage (Corona equipment), post-heat 175-220℃ for 5-10 minutes (match metal thickness).
