Electrostatic Spray Polyethylene PE Powder Coating, Long-sevrice-Life for Complex Workpieces
Electrostatic Spray polyethylene PE Powder Coating, Long-sevrice-Life for Complex WorkpiecesProduct Overview
PECOAT® Industrial-Grade Electrostatic Spray Thermoplastic PE Powder Coating is a versatile, long-lasting solution for industrial metal protection, crafted from polyethylene resin, functional additives, and pigments. It excels in adhesion and electrical insulation, making it suitable for diverse metal components—from small fittings to large chemical reactors. A key benefit is its 2-year shelf life (extendable if quality passes post-expiration tests) and compatibility with cold/preheated workpieces, reducing waste and production constraints. It also offers customizable gloss levels and supports multiple application methods, making it a flexible choice for B2B customers in manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance sectors.
Key Features
• Long Shelf Life & Stability: 25kg/bags with 2-year storage life (store
• Customizable Aesthetics: Gloss levels (10-75 at 60°) adjust to customer preferences, matching brand or application needs for visible components.
• Strong Mechanical Performance: Withstands 9N·m impact (no damage) and bends ≤2mm (at 200μm thickness), resisting wear from handling or vibration.
• Complex Workpiece Suitability: Electrostatic spray and fluidized bed dip methods ensure uniform coating on intricate shapes (e.g., valves, custom metal parts) where traditional coatings fail.

Application Guidelines
• Fluidized Bed Process: Preheat parts to 230℃ (adjust for thickness), dip 8-10 seconds, remove excess powder (1-minute stand + blow-off), post-heat 193-205℃ for 3-4 minutes.
• Electrostatic Spray (No Pre-Heat): Target 203-254μm thickness, 40-60kV voltage (Corona equipment), post-heat 175-220℃ for 5-10 minutes (match metal thickness).
Storage & Safety
• Storage: Keep in clean, dry area (away from sunlight,
• Health & Safety: Non-toxic, but dust inhalation risks exist—wear masks and goggles. Avoid prolonged skin contact to prevent irritation.
