Designed for versatility and reliability, it stands out with excellent adhesion, anti-corrosive properties, chemical stability, electrical insulation, and low-temperature resistance—making it a top choice for industrial protection. Unlike ordinary PE powder coatings, it features a thin coating design and works seamlessly with both cold and preheated workpieces. It also supports multiple application methods, including electrostatic spray, fluidized bed dip, and block spraying, catering to diverse production needs across sectors like chemical processing, metal manufacturing, and pipeline maintenance.

Application & Usage

Ideal for chemical equipment (reactors, tanks), industrial pipelines, and metal components—especially complex workpieces where uniform coating is challenging. Its application methods include:

• Fluidized Bed: Preheat parts to 230℃ (adjust for thickness), dip for 8-10 seconds, let excess powder stand 1 minute (blow off), then post-heat at 193-205℃ for 3-4 minutes.

• Electrostatic Deposition (No Pre-Heat): Apply 203-254μm thickness, use 40-60kV for Corona equipment, post-heat at 175-220℃ for 5-10 minutes (based on metal thickness).

Storage & Safety

• Packing/Storage: 25kg/bag; store in clean, dry area

• Health & Safety: Non-toxic, but avoid dust inhalation (wear masks/goggles) and prolonged skin contact.
