Application Tips for High-Gloss Results

• Pre-Treatment: Ensure the substrate surface is smooth (Ra ≤5μm) after sandblasting; any surface imperfections will affect gloss.

• Preheating Temperature: Control at 300-320°C to ensure the powder melts evenly—underheating causes uneven gloss, overheating leads to gloss loss.

• Dipping Time: Keep immersion time at 4-5 seconds to avoid excessive coating thickness (which reduces gloss).

Post-Heating: Post-heat at 220-240°C for 4 minutes to maximize gloss; avoid prolonged heating (causes yellowing).
