Thermal mass flow meter is a meter that uses heat conduction to measure flow, small volume, high degree of digitization, easy installation, accurate measurement and so on.
Thermal mass flow meter has the following technical advantages:
※ True mass flow meter, no need of temperature and pressure compensation for gas flow measurement, measurement easy and accurate.
※ Mass flow measurement or standard volumetric flow measurement of gas
※ Good seismic performance and long service life
※ No moving parts or pressure sensing parts, measurement accuracy not affected by vibration.
※ Simple installation and maintenance. In the case of site conditions permitting, installation and maintenance without stopping production can be achieved.(See Safety Precautions)
※ Digital design. Overall digital circuit measurement, accurate measurement and easy maintenance.
※ RS-485 communication, factory automation and integration can be achieved.
