Product Name: Vortex Flowmeter Series

Product Introduction:

Vortex flowmeters are produced based on Karman vortex street principle. They are mainly used for flow measurement of fluid in industrial pipelines, applicable to various media such as gas, liquid, and steam. With no movable mechanical parts, they boast high reliability, minimal maintenance, and long-term stable instrument parameters. Adopting piezoelectric pressure sensors, they offer high reliability and can output both analog standard signals and digital pulse signals, making them easy to match with computer and other digital systems. Thus, they are relatively advanced and ideal measuring instruments.

Features:

  • Suitable for measuring compressed air, steam, ordinary gas, liquid, and many other media.

  • Simple and sturdy structure, no movable parts, high reliability, and convenient use and maintenance.

  • The probe is encapsulated with four-piece piezoelectric crystals, greatly improving sensitivity, anti-vibration performance, and stability.

  • Newly developed capacitive vortex flowmeters can withstand a maximum temperature of 450°C.

  • PTFE-lined vortex flowmeters are widely used for measuring strongly corrosive gases and liquids.

  • More than ten patents have been independently developed.

  • Nominal Diameter (mm): 25, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150, 200, 250, 300 (insertion type for 300 - 1000).

  • Nominal Pressure (MPa): DN25 - DN200: 4.0 (supplied as per agreement if<4.0); DN250 - DN300: 1.6 (supplied as per agreement if <1.6).

  • Medium Temperature (°C): Piezoelectric type: -40 - 260, -40 - 320; Capacitive type: -40 - 300, -40 - 400, -40 - 450 (ordered as per agreement).

  • Body Material: 1Cr18Ni9Ti (other materials supplied as per agreement).

  • Allowable Vibration Acceleration: Piezoelectric type: 0.2g; Capacitive type: 1.0 - 2.0g.

  • Accuracy: ±1% F.S, ±1.5% F.S; Insertion type: ±2.5% F.S.

  • Rangeability: 1: 6 - 1: 30.

  • Supply Voltage: +12VDC, +24VDC.

  • Battery Type: 3.6V lithium battery.

  • Output Signal: Square wave pulse (excluding battery power supply): high level ≥5V, low level ≤1V; Current: 4 - 20mA.

  • Pressure Loss Coefficient: Complies with JB/T9249 standard, Cd ≤ 2.4.
