WEIGHTEC ICs-17A electronic belt scale, with a dynamic cumulative error of less than ±0.25%, is suitable for weighing process control in industrial enterprises, such as production quantity detection, quantitative product loading control, and inventory monitoring. It provides important data information for factory automatic control and modern management. system composition ICS-17 type electronic belt scale is composed of four parts: ICS-17 type weighing bridge, weighing sensor, 60-12C type speed sensor and speed roller, 2001,2105,6001B,6105BVEG20610 weighing controller, belt scale accumulator, feeder controller WBST8000 weighing instrument WBST3000 controller. Weighing bridge The ICS-17 weighing bridge features four or two sets of idlers mounted on dual levers, supported by two tension-type sensors with a frictionless ear-shaft pivot at the outer end. This enclosed design effectively mitigates the impact of uneven loading on measurement accuracy while providing shockproofing, moisture resistance, corrosion protection, and material retention prevention. These advantages eliminate operational issues associated with blade mechanisms and bearing systems in harsh environments. The main beams utilize rectangular steel tubes, ensuring structural rigidity, reduced self-weight, and minimized surface dust accumulation. To ensure system stability, high-precision resistive strain gauge sensors are installed at tension points to minimize nonlinear errors. The ICS-17A weighing bridge can be directly installed in conveyor frames of various widths, positioned between upper and lower conveyor belts without occupying vertical space. This factory-assembled unit allows quick and easy installation and calibration. It adapts to belt widths ranging from 400 to 2000mm. Weighing sensors ICS-17A series of electronic belt scales are all using pull-type electronic strain 9363N,9363,9363-LS weighing sensors.
