InstallationThe W-type silicon carbide heating element features a right-angle structure between its two cold ends and the heating zone, enabling versatile installation on the furnace top or side. This design is particularly well-suited for furnaces with limited space or those where two-end wiring is impractical.
For excessively wide or tall furnaces, positioning the W-type rods along one side allows the furnace’s inner surface to be divided into multiple temperature zones, enhancing control and improving temperature uniformity.
