It can be used in scenarios such as automobile production, food production, and flatbed printing machines, which require precise holding, quick engagement, and millions of high cycle rates.

  • Interlock Protection for Petrochemical Production Equipment: The TRICON system can serve as an interlock protection system for petrochemical production equipment to achieve emergency shutdown of the equipment. As part of the system, the TRICONEX 4119 module can collect analog signals such as on-site temperature, pressure, and flow, as well as digital signals such as equipment operating status in real-time. It judges according to preset logical conditions, and when an abnormal situation occurs, it quickly sends control signals to start the emergency shutdown procedure to ensure production safety.
