Channels and Isolation
Equipped with 8 analog input channels, each providing 300V rms operational isolation. This effectively prevents electrical interference between channels and between channels and ground, ensuring accuracy and stability in signal acquisition. It is suitable for industrial environments with electrical noise and interference.
Signal Processing
Amplifies and isolates millivolt-level, volt-level signals, as well as 0-20mA/4-20mA current signals and thermocouple signals. Supports programmable gain and filter settings:

Gain can be adjusted according to input signal magnitude to optimize measurement accuracy.
Low-pass filters remove high-frequency noise, with configurable cutoff frequencies of 4Hz or 10kHz.

Calibration Function
Features programmable offset calibration: Software-programmable analog switches ground the input of each instrumentation amplifier for offset error calibration. The internal EEPROM stores calibration constants for each channel and input range, along with a non-modifiable set of factory calibration constants, ensuring measurement accuracy and consistency.
Output Modes
Supports parallel and multiplexed output modes:

Parallel mode expands output capacity.
Multiplexed mode multiplexes 8 channels to a single channel of the data acquisition device, facilitating data collection and processing. Users can add modules to expand the channel count as needed.

Communication and Compatibility
Requires NI-DAQmx 9.0 or later driver software for configuration and programming. Compatible with application development environments such as LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, and Measurement Studio. Users can configure device software via the Measurement & Automation Explorer tool.
