GE IC697MDL653 positive/negative logic discrete input module
Channel characteristics: It features 32 discrete input channels, divided into 4 groups, with 8 channels in each group, providing group isolation.
Input voltage and current: The rated voltage is 24VDC, the input voltage range is -3 to + 30VDC, the input current is 10mA, and the typical input impedance is 2.6KΩ. The conduction voltage is 13.5 to 30 volts, and the conduction current is 6 to 15 milliamperes. The voltage in the off state is 0 to 5 volts, and the current in the off state is 0 to 2mA (minimum 2mA when input is 5V).
Input delay: Each input channel has an input delay time of 1ms or 10ms, which can be configured through software.
Power supply and compatibility: It draws current from the 5VDC bus with a total current of 300mA, and is designed to be compatible with the VME standard C.1.
Isolation performance: The isolation of individual channels between the module and the backplane is 1500 volts, and the isolation between groups is 500 volts of direct current.
Logical function: Supports positive and negative pole logical wiring. If the system requires more control over control components such as proximity switches and buttons, this module is a better choice.
Status indication: It is equipped with a top status LED indicator light, which can display the status of each input on the side of the PLC.
Configuration method: Supports I/O configuration. There is no need to use common accessories such as DIP switches and jumpers. Its MS-DOS configuration software is programmed for the Windows 95 operating system and can perform configuration in multiple ways.
Application scenarios: Switch signal acquisition in manufacturing production lines, switch status monitoring in power systems, safety interlock control in the petrochemical industry, access control and security systems in building automation, equipment status monitoring in water treatment plants, signal acquisition for high-temperature equipment in the metallurgical industry, and control of sanitary equipment in the food and beverage industry, etc.
