Product Overview
The QJB series multi-functional spiral submersible mixer can be divided into high-speed mixing series and low-speed propelling series.
- High-speed Mixing Series: The QJB multi-functional swirl mixer is suitable for balancing tanks, nitrification/denitrification tanks, sludge treatment and storage tanks in sewage treatment plants, as well as stirring liquids with suspended solids and impurities in industrial processes to prevent sedimentation.
- Low-speed Propelling Series: The QJB multi-functional swirl mixer is suitable for aeration tanks and anaerobic tanks in industrial and urban sewage treatment plants, large nitrification and denitrification tanks, disc-type activated sludge treatment tanks, disinfection tanks, and industrial stirring. It generates low-tangential open strong water flow, which can easily realize water circulation in large-volume fluids and create water flow during nitrification, denitrification, and phosphorus removal stages.
Application Scope
1. Sludge Treatment: Stir sludge to avoid sedimentation, improve sludge concentration and consistency, and reduce treatment time and costs.
2. Water Treatment: Used in pools, storage tanks, and water treatment plants to stir water, promote water circulation, and improve water quality.
3. Concrete Mixing: Used in concrete construction sites to mix concrete and cement paste, improving concrete quality.
4. Port Construction: Stir sediments in port waters to maintain waterway depth and enhance navigation safety.
5. Fish Pond Farming: Circulate and stir water to increase oxygen, improve water quality, and promote fish growth.
Operation Conditions
The mixer can operate normally and continuously under the following conditions:
1. Maximum medium temperature: ≤40°C.
2. Medium pH value: 5–9.
3. Liquid density: ≤1150kg/m³.
4. Long-term submersible operation, with a general submersible depth ≤20m.
Performance Features
1. The QJB submersible mixer has a compact structure, small size, light weight, simple operation and maintenance, convenient installation and maintenance, and long service life.
2. The impeller features an optimal hydraulic design structure for efficient operation. The backward-swept blades have a self-cleaning function to prevent debris from winding or blocking.
3. When used in combination with an aeration system, it can significantly reduce energy consumption, improve oxygenation, and effectively prevent sedimentation.
4. The motor winding has an F-class insulation rating and IP68 protection level. Imported one-time lubrication maintenance-free bearings are selected, with oil chamber leakage detection, patented motor winding overheat protection, and anti-condensation devices to ensure safer motor operation.
5. Two independent mechanical seals, with corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide as the friction pair material.
6. Unique cable sealing design eliminates the hidden danger of cable leakage.
7. Standard components adopt electrolytic separation technology to effectively prevent corrosion.
