Shanghai Xiangbao heavy-duty automatic double hydraulic peritoneal machine series hydraulic rapid laminating machine is a simple and practical laminating equipment. This model adopts the laminating process of manual paper feeding, manual hydraulic pressure, automatic laminating and automatic winding. Its compact and reasonable structural design greatly saves the equipment's floor space. The manual hydraulic method can provide stable and large pressure to ensure the quality of lamination. The excellent lamination performance completely solves the problems of snowflakes, spots and other phenomena that occur in the traditional lamination process, greatly saving costs for users and improving product quality at the same time. Therefore, this series of laminating machines is an ideal choice for laminating processing by small and medium-sized enterprises.
Structure and configuration:
Electrical part: This equipment uses imported motors, Korean frequency converters, imported electrical components, and heavy-duty hydraulic devices are all from famous domestic brands. They are durable and have a service life of 20-30 years.
Sheet metal part: Our main part of the plate reinforcements are all made of Baosteel cold plates that have reached the international advanced level. The German TRUMPF laser cutting machine is used for high-precision drilling and cutting (to ensure cutting accuracy and the holes are burr-free), and the Italian GASPARINI bending machine is used to bend and form in one step. The precision of sheet metal is the highest among current laminating machines. However, some manufacturers can only use ordinary forms to make up for the fact that the sheet metal cannot meet the accuracy requirements.
Functional part: 1. Manual paper feeding; 2. The paper feeding table baffle can be adjusted accordingly according to the width of the paper; 3. Heating method: electric heating tube heating, the temperature rises quickly, and the temperature can be adjusted accordingly according to the lamination requirements; 4. Pressure method: The manual hydraulic system can provide stable and large pressure to ensure the lamination quality; 5. The punching hob can roll out a row of small holes on the edge of the film to facilitate paper slitting. 6. The film slitting knife can cut film rolls that are wide and long (relative to paper specifications). The excess film after cutting is left on the unwinding shaft; 7. Rewinding reel: The laminated paper is automatically rewinded by the rewinding reel. The winding speed can be adjusted as needed. After being rolled up, the paper is manually slit. 8. The integrated forming plate design increases the stability of machine operation and extends the service life of equipment.
Special functions: 1. Anti-rolling function: Gravity-lifting anti-rolling design, stepless adjustment, effectively solves the curling problem of single-sided coating of materials of different thicknesses. 2. Automatic paper rewinding device: The paper output structure and the rewinding device are perfectly combined to achieve fast and convenient paper rewinding, reduce personnel operations, and improve laminating quality and efficiency. 3. Trimming knife slitting device: During the laminating process, the excess width of the film is quickly cut off, and a whole piece of paper comes out of the lamination. The film has a dotted line knife and can be pulled off manually without trimming. 4. Gathering line design device: It can be quickly separated after the coating is completed. This dual function can achieve the finished product requirements at one time. 5. Thick hard chrome plated roller: The film steel roller adopts hard chrome plating process and mirror polishing process. It is suitable for high-demand coating, with high pressure and good coating quality. 6. Enlarge the hydraulic cylinder device: greater pressure, high stability, durability, better film coating effect, no snowflakes. It is easy to operate and control, and can achieve a wide range of stepless speed regulation.
