How is Laminated insulated glass manufacturing at our factory
1. Tempered treatment: The glass is heated to 700℃ and then rapidly cooled to form surface compressive stress.
2. Laminated laminate: After cleaning, lay PVB film and bond under high temperature and high pressure in an autoclave (about 140℃, 12-14bar).
3. Hollow assembly: Separated by aluminum spacers, filled with molecular sieve to absorb moisture, and double-channel sealed to prevent air leakage.

Safety first: choose PVB/SGP interlayer, thickness ≥ 0.76mm.
Energy saving requirements: match Low-E glass + 12A hollow layer + argon filling.
Extra large size: 3300x7000mm
