Tempered Laminated Glass is a high-performance safety glass that combines the benefits of tempering and laminating processes to enhance strength, durability, and safety. 

Composition & Manufacturing:

1) Tempered Glass: The glass is heat-treated (tempered) to increase its strength (4-5 times stronger than regular glass). When broken, it shatters into small, blunt pieces (safer than sharp shards).

 2) Laminated Glass: Two or more layers of tempered glass are bonded together with a durable interlayer (usually PVB - Polyvinyl Butyral or EVA - Ethylene Vinyl Acetate), creating a strong, cohesive unit.

Total thickness: 6.38-17.52mm

Glass thickness details:

5+0.38pvb+5mm;  6+0.38pvb+6mm;

5+0.76pvb+5mm;  6+0.76pvb+6mm etc.

PVB Thickness

0.38mm, 0.76mm, 1.14mm, 1.52mm etc.

Tempered Laminated Glass Key Features:
