Third, automotive waterproof tester core design
1. High-pressure spray system (IPX5/IPX6)

Nozzle specifications: 6.3mm (IPX5), 12.5mm (IPX6), stainless steel material corrosion resistance.

Pressure control: 30kPa (IPX5) to 100kPa (IPX6), error ±5%.

Testing distance: nozzle 2.5-3 meters from the sample, covering the full surface impact.
2. IPX9K high temperature and high pressure test module

IV. Test flow example
Case: car charging port IPX6 test
1.
Sample fixation: install the charging port on the test bench and close the protective cover.
2.
Parameter setting: Select IPX6 mode (100 L/min, 100kPa), nozzle distance 3 meters.
3.
Test execution: keep spraying for 3 minutes, observe whether water seeps inside the interface.
4.
Result Determination: Disassemble the charging port and check whether the sealing ring and circuit board are affected by moisture.
Case: Car lamp IPX9K test
1.
High-temperature preheating: Increase the water temperature to 80℃ and adjust the pressure to 10MPa.
2.
Multi-angle spraying: spray for 30 seconds in each direction of 0°, 30°, 60° and 90°.
3.
Function test: power on immediately after the test to verify whether the lamp lighting function is normal.
