High temperature and high pressure water jetting

Water temperature control: 80 ± 5 ℃ (the highest can be extended to 100 ℃), heating power ≥ 15kW, rapid warming.

Spray pressure: 8-10MPa (80-100bar), simulating high pressure steam cleaning or extreme rain shower scenarios.

Multi-angle spraying

Adjustable nozzle angles of 0°, 30°, 60°, 90° to cover all surfaces of the sample (in accordance with ISO 20653).

V. Example of test flow (IPX9K standard)
1.
Sample fixation: install the engine ECU on the test bench and adjust to a nozzle distance of 150mm.
2.
Parameter setting: select IPX9K mode (80℃, 8MPa), set 4 spray angles (0°→30°→60°→90°).
3.
Start the test:
◦
The equipment is automatically heated to 80°C and pressurized to 8MPa.
◦
Spraying at each angle for 30 seconds for a full 2 minutes.
4.
Result determination: the ECU was disassembled to check whether there was water seepage inside and to test whether the electrical performance was normal.

VII. Maintenance and calibration
