Raindrop Simulation


Accurately control raindrop size (0.5-5mm), rainfall intensity (0-100mm/h), raindrop falling speed (1-10m/s).

Spray Simulation

Equipment design highlights

1. Accurate environmental simulation

Sixth, the operation process example

Case: automobile body sealing test


Parameter setting:


Rainfall intensity: 50mm/h (heavy rain), temperature 25℃, humidity 90%, wind speed 20m/s (simulated high speed driving).


Sample Installation:


The whole car or body parts are placed in the test bin, and the doors and windows are closed.


Test Execution:


The composite environment simulation was initiated and the test continued for 6 hours.


Results Analysis:


Check for water seepage in the vehicle and evaluate moisture changes in the carpet and wiring harness connectors.


VII. Maintenance and Calibration

Daily Maintenance:


Clean nozzles and filters weekly and check humidity sensor accuracy monthly.
