Application Scope Tunnel and Bridge Repair

The repair mortar is mainly suitable for the repair of surface damage parts such as voids, honeycombs, damages, spalling, and exposed reinforcement in concrete structures, in order to restore the good performance of the concrete structure. It can also be used as carbon fiber reinforcement leveling mortar, masonry mortar, and plastering and leveling protective mortar for the reinforcement of steel strands in buildings (structures). This product is added with a variety of polymer modifiers, rubber powder, and anti-crack fibers. Therefore, it has good workability, adhesion, impermeability, anti-spalling property, freeze-thaw resistance, carbonization resistance, crack resistance, and steel bar rust resistance, and has high strength and other properties.







1. Product Advantages

1. Good chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and weather resistance.

2. The consolidated body has high bonding force, high compressive strength and is not limited by the shape of the structure.

4. It has the properties of impermeability, freeze-thaw resistance, salt resistance, alkali resistance, and weak acid corrosion resistance, and has a strong bonding force with a variety of materials.

5. The thermal expansion coefficient is close to that of concrete, so it is not easy to be separated from these bonded substrates, and it has good durability.

2. Application Scope

1. It is suitable for chemical anti-corrosion industries such as sewage treatment tanks, floors, and FRP anti-corrosion.

2. It can be used as materials in corrosive environments such as seawater, saline-alkali areas and chemical plants.

3. It is suitable for the sealing and anti-corrosion of interfaces such as underground pipelines, hydropower stations and dam foundations.

4. It is suitable for the defect treatment of cracks in beams, columns and pile caps of buildings, honeycombs, loopholes and exposed reinforcement on the surface of concrete structures.

5. It is suitable for the bonding of steel structures and concrete, and can be made into a floor; it is used for bottom leveling when bonding steel reinforcement and carbon fiber reinforcement.

6. It is used for bonding a variety of homogeneous or heterogeneous materials, such as metals, woods, ceramics, glasses, jades, leathers, etc.

7. It is suitable for the repair of concrete structures in aircraft runways, highway bridges, tunnels, mines and corrosive environments.

3. Construction Technology

1. Base surface treatment: Treat the surface of the concrete base, remove the milk skin, the surface layer of cement paste or loose particles on the base surface, so that the fresh aggregate is exposed on the surface.

2. Surface cleaning: Use high-pressure water or high-pressure air to remove sand grains and dust from the surface.

3. Applying base liquid: Use a brush to evenly apply a thin layer of base liquid on the treated concrete base surface, making it as thin and uniform as possible without flowing or missing any areas.

4. Applying mortar: When the base liquid begins to set (the surface does not flow and is stringy when touched), use a trowel to apply the mortar. When applying, compact and smooth the surface at the same time.

5. Curing: After the topcoat construction is completed, it can be put into use after 3 to 14 days of curing.

6. Dosage: The mortar is 2300kg/m3, and the base liquid is 0.5kg/m2.

Four. Packaging, Storage and Transportation

2. This product should be stored at normal temperature and in a dry place. The storage period is 12 months. If it exceeds 12 months, it should be tested according to the enterprise's production standards. If the physical and mechanical properties meet the standard requirements, it can still be used.
