Introduction

The grouting material consists of three components: A, B (curing agent, etc.), and C (filling aggregate, etc.). The formula can also be adjusted and the process improved according to the specific usage conditions to meet different requirements or highlight certain performance aspects. During conventional use, the grouting operation can be carried out after completely mixing each component.

If the construction temperature is lower than 15 degrees, construction can still be carried out, but the strength development will be slower. Generally, it can still be achieved within 3 days without affecting the performance.

Product Characteristics

(1) High strength and early strength. It has better mechanical properties such as compression and bonding than cement-based materials, and higher early strength.

(2) No shrinkage. It ensures that the grouting layer is in full contact with the bearing surface after the final molding, and the height of the equipment installation.

(3) Anti-creep. It can be used for a long time under harsh physical conditions of freeze-thaw alternation from -40°C to +80°C and vibration compression without plastic deformation.

(4) High toughness. It can化解 the dynamic load that may cause the cement-based grouting layer to burst, which is transmitted by the dynamic equipment.

(5) It can withstand long-term contact and corrosion from chemicals such as acids, alkalis, salts, and oils.

Product Physical Properties

(Standard curing conditions: 25°C, relative humidity 50%, curing for more than 7 days)

(1) Specific gravity (density) 1.2 - 2.0, the conventional value is 1.8 g/cm³, which is positively correlated with the content of fillers and aggregates depending on the formula.

(2) Appearance. After the conventional product is cured and molded, it is a brownish solid. Other colors can also be customized, and the exposed surface has a smooth and bright effect.

(3) Pot life (25°C) 1 - 2 hours, which is positively correlated with the amount of one-time mixing and pouring.

(4) Heat release peak 30°C - 70°C, which is generally negatively correlated with the content of fillers and aggregates.

(5) Compressive creep (25°C) Under compressive state, within half a year

(6) Thermal expansion coefficient (0°C - 60°C) After complete curing and molding (more than 7 days), it is between 10 - 50 × 10-6 mm/mm/°C.

Construction Scheme

1. Surface pretreatment. For the concrete surface in contact with the resin grouting material, the surface laitance must be chiseled off to expose a solid base. The grouting surface should be clean, dry, and free of grease. The outer edge of the concrete joint surface should be ground to form a 25mm thick chamfer to increase the bonding area between the grouting material at the edge and the foundation. The metal surface to be bonded should also be free of rust (meeting the finish requirements of SSPC and SP6).

2. Construction temperature: The environmental temperature includes the temperature of the concrete foundation and the air. To obtain the best working condition, the material must be placed in an environment of 15 - 25°C for 24 hours before grouting. During construction and within the subsequent 24 hours, the environmental temperature should be controlled at 15 - 32°C, and 20°C is the most suitable. During summer construction, avoid high temperatures at noon. If necessary, a sunshade should be set up. When the temperature is low in winter, a heating shed should be set up in the grouting area to increase the temperature. The construction environment temperature should be greater than 15°C, and construction is preferably carried out at noon.

3. Mixing: Fully mix A (resin) and B (hardener) for about 3 minutes with a portable mixer (200 - 250rpm); 2. Add C (filler) to a low-speed high-power mixer (15 - 20rpm) to mix it with the A and B mixture. Stir thoroughly until all the aggregates are浸润 (the accurate translation of this term might need to be determined according to the specific industry terminology. When the temperature is low, to improve the fluidity of the mixture, the amount of C (filler) can be appropriately reduced.

4. Grouting material should be grouted from one side to the other. During the grouting process, it can be squeezed but not vibrated to avoid trapping air. When the grouting distance is greater than 1.5m, a high-level grouting funnel method should be used to assist the grouting by using the principle of gravitational pressure difference. The grouting work must be completed continuously and as quickly as possible. The thickness of a single grouting layer is controlled between 25mm and 35mm. The grouting depth of a single bolt hole is less than 1500mm. 5. Checking for compactness: After the grouting is completed, strike the equipment base plate with a hammer. If a tinkling sound is heard, it indicates that the grouting layer is compact. If a thumping sound is heard, it indicates that the grouting layer is hollow.

6. Surface finishing and formwork removal: After grouting and before the initial setting of the grouting material, to achieve a beautiful effect, the exposed surface can be finished with a trowel. Packaging and storage

    Each set contains 45kg of material A, 15kg of material B, and 270kg of material C, totaling 330kg. The grouting material can be stored for at least 6 months under dry room temperature conditions. The packaging is in accordance with the mix ratio of A:B:C = 3:1:18.
