High-strength repair mortar is suitable for the rapid repair and reconstruction of concrete pavements in heavy traffic load areas, such as airplane runways, other main roads and aprons of airports, expressways, ports, and warehouses in various heavy-load storage yards; it is very suitable for concrete surfaces with requirements for anti-erosion, chemical corrosion, and heavy object impact.
High-strength repair mortar is a new type of concrete surface repair and reinforcement material, composed of special cement, aggregates of a certain grading, polymer, and other components. It has the characteristics of high early strength, large positive tensile bond strength, strong resistance to chloride and sulfate ion erosion, freeze-thaw resistance, and good construction performance.
High-strength repair mortar is suitable for the rapid repair and reconstruction of concrete pavements in heavy traffic load areas, such as airplane runways, other main roads and aprons of airports, expressways, ports, and warehouses in various heavy-load storage yards; it is very suitable for concrete surfaces with requirements for anti-erosion, chemical corrosion, and heavy object impact; it is used for the anti-corrosion repair of corroded reinforced concrete, reinforced concrete beams, slabs, columns in factory workshops, and concrete components of overpasses; and for the repair of cracked and damaged hydraulic structures.
Construction of high-strength repair mortar:
1. Repair of horizontal surfaces such as concrete pavements and bridges: Pour the mixed repair mortar onto the concrete surface to be repaired, use a straightedge or trowel to level the mortar, control the elevation, and quickly use a trowel to smooth the surface. The thickness of a single repair is generally controlled at 100 mm.
2. Repair of three-dimensional surfaces such as concrete beams, columns, slabs, and top surfaces: Use a brush to apply a layer of the just-mixed repair mortar on the treated base surface, immediately use a trowel to apply the repair mortar on the newly brushed and still moist repair mortar coating, and smooth it. The thickness of each layer should not exceed 25mm. Construct layer by layer, and finally use a trowel to smooth it.
3. Dosage: Each ton of structural repair mortar can repair approximately 100㎡/5mm thick space.
4. Interface treatment: For the repair of common concrete defects, honeycombs, and pitted surfaces, plastering construction can be directly carried out. When using the steel wire mesh-polymer mortar external layer reinforcement method, the interface agent or interface glue should be brushed according to the design requirements.
