Surface treatment of concrete and steel plate → Fastening the steel plate and welding → Sealing holes and surrounding gaps → Preparation of the pouring adhesive → Pressure injection → Pressure fixation → Curing and maintenance
Clear the floating dust, dirt, oil stains, and grime on the old concrete bonding surface; if there are honeycombs or cracks on the surface, they should be repaired and leveled.
After grinding, the structural body should be exposed and wiped clean, and the bonding surface of the steel plate should be clamped and derusted; after grinding the bonding surface, the metallic luster should be exposed and wiped clean.
The adhesive should be mixed strictly according to the proportion and weighed. It should be fully stirred without sediment, color difference. The container should be clean and should not be mixed with dust, moisture, and pomelo. Mechanical stirring must be used to ensure that Component A and Component B are mixed evenly.
The prepared adhesive should be used immediately. When applying the adhesive, for horizontal pasting, it should be thick in the middle and thin at the edges, and for vertical pasting, it should be thick at the top and thin at the bottom, with no missed smearing;
After the steel plate is pasted, it should be pressurized and fixed until the adhesive is extruded from the periphery of the steel plate at the same time;
The pressure on the steel plate should not be partially reduced during the process. After 24 hours, the pressure can be released, and it can be used after 3 days;
After the adhesive reinforcement is cured and the pressure is released, anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment should be done well
After the steel plate is bonded and cured, the density should be tested. A small hammer can be used to gently hit the steel plate to determine the effective area from the impact, and the density should meet the relevant regulations.
Packaging: 15kg/bucket for Component A; 5kg/bucket for Component B
Storage period: Half a year (Stored at a temperature below 30℃, in a cool place)
