Clear the floating dust, dirt, oil stains and dirt on the bonding surface of the old concrete; if there are honeycombs and cracks on the surface, they should be repaired and leveled.
After grinding, the structural body is exposed and wiped clean, and the bonding surface of the steel plate is clamped and derusted; after grinding, the bonding surface should show a metallic luster and be wiped clean.
The adhesive should be mixed strictly according to the proportion of weighing, and fully stirred without sediment, color difference. The container should be clean, and there should be no dust, moisture and pomelo mixed in. Mechanical stirring must be used to ensure that the components A and B are evenly mixed.
The prepared adhesive should be used immediately. When applying the adhesive, for horizontal bonding, it should be thicker in the middle and thinner at the edges, and for vertical bonding, it should be thicker at the top and thinner at the bottom, with no missed application;
After the steel plate is pasted, it should be pressurized and fixed until the adhesive is extruded from the periphery of the steel plate at the same time;
The steel plate should not be partially depressurized during pressurization. After 24 hours, the pressure can be released, and it can be used after 3 days;
After the pasting and reinforcement are cured and the pressure is released, anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment should be done well
After the steel plate is bonded and cured, the compactness should be tested. A small hammer can be used to gently strike the steel plate to determine the effective area from the impact, and the compactness should meet the relevant regulations.
