ZWQ/ZQW type non clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pump product successfully developed on the basis of introducing foreign advanced technology and combining with the use characteristics of domestic pumps. It has the characteristics of remarkable energy saving effect, anti winding, no blockage, automatic installation and automatic control.

This series of pump adopts unique impeller structure and new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport the medium containing solid and long fiber. Compared with the traditional impeller, the impeller of the pump adopts the form of single channel or double channel, which is similar to an elbow with the same cross-section size, and has very good flow capacity. With reasonable volute chamber, the pump has high efficiency. After the dynamic and static balance test of the impeller, the pump has no vibration in operation.

Product features:

1. Using large flow channel anti clogging hydraulic components design, greatly improve dirt passing through capability, it can effectively pass through long fibers with length 5 times of the diameter of the pump, and it can also pass through solid particles which is 50% of the pump diameter.

2. The mechanical seal adopts double channel, which is made of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable and wear-resistant. It can make the pump operate safely and continuously for more than 8000 hours.

3. The pump is compact in structure, small in size, easy to move and easy to install. It does not need to build a pump house and can work in the water, which greatly reduces the project cost.

4. There is an oil-water probe in the oil chamber of the pump. When the mechanical seal at the pump side is damaged, the water enters the oil chamber, and the probe generates a signal to protect the pump.

5. According to the requirements of users, it can be equipped with automatic safety protection control cabinet to monitor the leakage, overload and over temperature of the pump, so as to ensure the safe and feasible operation of the pump.

6. The double guide rail automatic coupling installation system has brought great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump, so that people do not have to go in and out of the sump.

7. The floating ball can automatically control the stop and start of the pump according to the required water level change, and no special person is required to take care of it.

8. There are fixed automatic coupling installation and mobile free installation, which can meet different application situations.
