ZDLF vertical stainless steel multistage pump is designed for the advantages of ZISG vertical centrifugal pump and ZDL vertical multistage centrifugal pump. In the structure, the vertical and segmented form is adopted. The suction and discharge of the pump are designed in a straight line, and the optimal hydraulic model is adopted. The axial force of the pump is solved by hydraulic balance method, and the residual axial force is borne by a ball bearing, so the pump operates stably, with low noise, small floor area and convenient decoration. The external cylinder of vertical stainless steel multistage centrifugal pump is made of stainless steel, which has a beautiful appearance. It is especially suitable for the parallel use of multiple pumps in high-rise buildings, so as to reduce the power of single pump unit and simplify the electric control equipment. It is suitable for fire fighting, domestic water supply, air conditioning unit circulation and cooling water transmission of high and low buildings such as residential buildings, hospitals, hotels, department stores and office buildings.
Medium: thin, clean, non flammable and explosive liquid without solid particles or fibers, such as mineral water, softened water, pure water, clear oil and other light chemical media.
Liquid temperature: normal temperature type pumps: -15 ° C to +70 ° C; Hot water type pump: + 70 ° C to + 120 ° C.
Ambient temperature: up to + 40 ° C. Altitude: up to 1000m.
ZDL vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump is mainly made of cast iron HT, which is mainly used for clean medium similar to clean water.
ZDLF vertical stainless steel multistage centrifugal pump is mainly made of stainless steel 304 or 316, which can be used to pump mild corrosive medium.
Flow range: 2m3 / H ~ 120m3 / h; lift range: 8m ~ 200m
