CQB magnetic pump, also known as magnetic drive pump, mainly consists of several parts such as pump head, magnetic actuator (magnetic cylinder), motor, base, etc. The magnetic drive of a magnetic pump consists of an outer magnetic rotor, an inner magnetic rotor, and a non magnetic isolation sleeve. When the electric motor drives the outer magnetic rotor to rotate through the coupling, the magnetic field can penetrate the air gap and non magnetic material isolation sleeve, driving the inner magnetic rotor connected to the impeller to rotate synchronously, achieving contactless synchronous transmission of power, transforming the dynamic sealing structure that is prone to leakage into a static sealing structure with zero leakage. Due to the complete closure of the pump shaft and inner magnetic rotor by the pump body and isolation sleeve, the problem of "running, emitting, dripping, and leaking" has been solved. Reduced the risk of flammable, explosive, toxic, and harmful medium leakage through pump seals in the refining and chemical industry.
Magnetic pumps have the following advantages:
1. The pump shaft has changed from a dynamic seal to a closed static seal, avoiding medium leakage. It can be used for both in water and on the land, and is completely waterproof.
2. No need for independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption.
3. Low power consumption and damping effect, reducing the impact of motor vibration on the pump and the impact of pump cavitation vibration on the motor.
When overloaded, the rotor will slip on the ceramic shaft, providing protection for the motor and pump.
5. The maintenance and repair workload of magnetic drive pumps is small.
