The valve body and bonnet are sealed by metal to metal method, which improves the sealing performance. There is a back sealing between the valve stem and the valve bonnet, which is convenient to replace the valve stem packing under pressure. The valve body is made of high-quality alloy steel forging, no perforation design, safe and reliable. The sealing surface is sprayed with cemented carbide, which has the properties of corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and wear resistance. The backing ring groove of valve body can be overlaid with austenitic stainless steel according to the user's requirements to improve the corrosion resistance and service life. Spring preloading is used on the gate and valve seat to realize two-way sealing completely. Set the opening and closing device to display the opening and closing status of the valve, and the operating torque is low.
