environics and biology, for the purpose of material surface cleaning, activation, modification, etc.
CIF launched a new generation of plasma cleaner with optimized structure and chamber design. It’s suitable for
wider range of application because of higher processing capacity, more stable performance and lower operation
costs. It’s easy to operate and maintain.

7 inch color touch screen interactive operation interface
- Graphical displays operation interface and automatically monitors processing parameters and working status.
- 20 protocols available.
- Can store, output, trace processing data.
- Operation / Stop prompt.
PLC industrial computer controls the whole cleaning process. Two modes available at user’s option: manual and automatic.
Dwyer gas float flowmeters ensure uniform gas distribution.Compatible gas: oxygen, argon, nitrogen, hydrogen or mixture.
HEPA efficient filtration and gas backfill purge prevent secondary pollution.
316 stainless steel vacuum chamber. The vacuum pipe system is made of 316 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and pollution-free.
60° tilting operation panel matches the principle of ergonomics and is easy to operate.
Optimized structural design of upper controller and lower chamber saves more lab space.
Concave front panel protects float flowmeters and chamber door from damage during transportation.
The treatment is efficient and uniform, no pollution and good repeatability.
Sample processing temperature is low, no thermal damage and thermal oxidation.
Safety protection mechanism automatically switches off electrical power when the chamber door is open.
