Direct-Acting Design
The valve spool is directly driven by a permanent magnet linear force motor, eliminating the need for the hydraulic pilot stage found in traditional servo valves. Compared to two-stage servo valves, the D634 series is approximately 30% smaller and has no specific installation orientation requirements (it can be fixed or moved in any position), with an IP65 protection rating. This makes it ideal for small to medium-sized equipment with limited space.

Excellent Contamination Resistance
The direct-acting design reduces internal leakage. Combined with the recommended β10≥75 (10μm) high-pressure filtration requirement, it significantly reduces the impact of contaminants on valve core positioning accuracy and wear, extending maintenance intervals.
