This valve uses load sensing technology to ensure the steering system always receives priority hydraulic oil supply.

High/Low Pressure Unloading Energy-Saving Design
Utilizes an advanced "high/low pressure unloading priority valve" structure. When the pressure at the EF port of the working system is below 2MPa (system inactive state), the oil is unloaded and returned to the oil tank through the valve core's inner bore, preventing continuous high-pressure standby.

Low Pressure Drop and High-Efficiency Operation
The internal flow channel of the valve body is optimized, resulting in minimal pressure loss. According to Danfoss's official technical data, the priority valve maintains low pressure drop characteristics at rated flow, helping to improve overall fuel efficiency while reducing operating noise and heat generation, achieving stable and efficient hydraulic system operation.

Dynamic Response with No Hysteresis
As a dynamic priority valve, it features rapid response characteristics. There is no "hard point" phenomenon (i.e., no jamming or delay) during steering operation; the transition from standstill to steering is smooth and seamless, ensuring driver precision and comfort, especially suitable for frequent steering conditions.

Integrated Safety Protection
A built-in steering safety valve automatically opens to release pressure back to the oil tank via the T-port when the steering system pressure exceeds a set value (typically 210-250 bar). This integrated design simplifies piping layout, prevents overload damage to the steering system, and provides a final safety barrier for the steering actuator.

Modular and Compact Structure
Utilizing plate mounting or pipe connections (P/EF port G3/4, CF port G1/2, LS port G1/4), the structure is compact and lightweight. Weighing only approximately 2.3-4.5 kg, it is easy to install in confined spaces, while the standard O-ring seal design ensures no leakage.


Application Areas

Loader Steering Systems
This is the core application of this model. In wheel loaders, the steering pump supplies oil to both the steering and working hydraulic systems. The priority valve ensures that steering always takes precedence, preventing steering power interruption even when the operator is steering while operating the bucket. The high and low pressure unloading function is particularly suitable for the typical working conditions of loaders: "short-term high-frequency steering + intermittent loading."

Fully Hydraulic Steering Engineering Machinery

Suitable for all engineering machinery using load-sensing steering, such as graders, road rollers, and forklifts.
