Advantages
Pilot-Operated Structure, High Pressure Regulation Accuracy
This valve adopts a pilot-operated relief valve structure, consisting of a main valve and a pilot valve. Compared to direct-acting relief valves, the pilot-operated structure, through pre-pressure regulation by the pilot valve, results in better force balance on the main valve core, achieving smaller pressure regulation deviations and less pressure fluctuations, leading to more stable system pressure.
Electromagnetic Control Unloading Function
The "W" in the model number indicates electromagnetic control. Remote electrically controlled unloading can be achieved through the operation of the solenoid coil of the included directional spool valve or directional seat valve.
High Pressure Rating, Strong Pressure Resistance
This valve has a maximum working pressure of up to 350 bar, falling into the high-pressure category. The "200" in the model number indicates a rated pressure of 200 bar, but the structure supports higher pressure ratings, providing a large overload capacity suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems.
