High-Frequency Dynamic Response Characteristics
This valve adopts a pilot-operated two-stage structure design. The main valve core is equipped with electrical closed-loop position control, with a response frequency reaching tens of hertz. It can quickly track changes in input signals and achieve millisecond-level valve core position adjustment, meeting the requirements of high-speed cyclic operation.
Integrated Intelligent Electronic Control Unit
The "TK31" designation in the model indicates a built-in open-loop and closed-loop electronic control device (OBE), integrating the amplifier, sensor, and controller into one unit. This eliminates the need for external electronic modules, simplifying system wiring and reducing installation and commissioning complexity.
High Closed-Loop Control Accuracy
Closed-loop control is achieved through electrical feedback of the main valve core position. Flow control accuracy can reach ±1-2%, and pressure control accuracy can reach ±0.5 bar, effectively eliminating nonlinear interferences such as hydraulic forces and friction, and improving system repeatability.
Wide Range of Rated Parameters
The specification "10" represents an NG10 nominal diameter, "100P" indicates a rated flow rate of 100 L/min, and "315" indicates a maximum working pressure of 315 bar, suitable for medium-flow, high-pressure systems, combining power density and adjustment flexibility.
Energy-Saving Design
Utilizing a zero-leakage valve core structure and optimized oil circuit design, energy consumption is significantly reduced during pressure holding or standby states. Simultaneously, precise flow control minimizes throttling losses, improving the overall energy efficiency ratio.
High Reliability and Durability
The valve body is made of high-strength cast iron, with key friction pairs undergoing special surface treatment. Combined with high-quality seals, it boasts a design life exceeding 10 million cycles under rated operating conditions, adapting to harsh industrial environments.
Applications
Closed-Loop Position Control System
Used for precise position servo control of hydraulic cylinders or motors, such as machine tool table positioning and injection molding machine mold closing mechanisms. The valve's closed-loop characteristics achieve micron-level positioning accuracy.
Speed and Acceleration Control
In applications requiring precise speed curves (such as press slide descent and die-casting machine injection), this valve can adjust the flow rate in real time according to process requirements, achieving smooth acceleration/deceleration processes and avoiding mechanical shock.
Pressure and Force Closed-Loop Control
