German technical background VOK®- P 9902 is a processing aid used to improve the compatibility of polyol blends in polyurethane foam applications.

Density (20 ℃): 1.08 g/ml Refractive index: 1.425 Viscosity (25 ℃): 200 mPa · s
storage and transportation
Separation or turbidity may occur during storage or transportation at temperatures below 10 ℃. Heat to 20 ℃ and mix thoroughly. Product efficiency will not be affected.
Special instructions
The product contains 50% (by weight) of water as solvent. The amount of water in the formula needs to be adjusted according to the dosage.

Special features and advantages
VOK®- P 9902 is an additive used to improve the compatibility of polyol mixture in the application of PU soft foam.
It improves the emulsification of standard polyether polyol with high epoxy propane content and polyether polyol with high epoxy ethane content. It can improve the uniformity of physical properties on the cross section of the block. In addition, it can also prevent optical defects such as turbidity, shadow or stripe, especially in colored foam with high EO polyol content.
VOK®- P 9902
Recommendation level
Polyol based 0.2-0.8% additive (when supplied).
The above recommended levels can be used for orientation. The good level is determined through a series of laboratory tests.
Consolidation and Processing Instructions
The additive can be premixed with the standard polyol or added separately through a special pipe in the mixing head.
