Storage and transportation

If the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the product will become thick and cannot be operated. Heat to 20 ℃ and stir evenly. The product can be reused without failure. However, if the temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the product will be irreversibly thickened again.

Because of its good demoulding performance, it can completely replace the traditional release agent products. Recommended dosage

4-5% (purchased form) is based on the total amount of resin.

Addition method and processing guidance

The auxiliary agent shall be added while stirring after the UP resin and the low shrinkage (LS/LP) component are evenly mixed. The traditional release agent used in the formula should be removed. The additive has influence on thickening. The thickening level corresponding to the use of zinc stearate/calcium stearate system can be obtained by adding 10% more MgO.
