Storage and transportation

When the temperature is lower than 0 ° C, the additive may be stratified or turbid. Heat to 20 ° C and mix well. Be careful not to exceed 50 ° C.

Product features and advantages

Disperse medium  without plasticizer VOK®- Disper 1162 contains multifunctional deflocculating groups for wetting and stabilizing carbon black and organic pigments. For organic pigments, the solid concentration can reach 20-40%; For carbon black, it can reach 15-35%. Solid dispersion formulations using VOK-Disper® 1162 offer the following advantages over standard systems:

• Higher solid concentration, less agglomeration

• narrower particle size distribution

• No plasticizer

• Cost saving adding method and processing guidance The powder can be directly added to the dispersion medium.

Special precautions

• Additional wetting and dispersing aids can be added at any time.

• If the designed formula will settle or delaminate, 0.2-1% VOK can be added ®- 410 to avoid
