Technical performance and feature:

6.  it is equipped with automatic oil pressure discharge system. When being ready state, system discharge automatically, while working, system returns to normal state to effectively reduce oil temperature, prolonging life of the test bench and saving energy.

working principle and structure
  The YFT-D safety valve performance test bench integrates with machine, electricity and liquid. It uses gas as the test medium, and is pressurized by liquid-gas linkage. It is equipped with a multi-polarization booster system. Its function meets the test pressure required for work. The work clamp is positioned by the end face of the flange of the tested valve, and the clamping method is carried out by clamping the back of the flange with the clamping jaws of the hydraulic cylinder. There is no additional external force influence on the tested valve, which fully meets the valve testing requirements of relevant national regulations.
  This machine is composed of hydraulic system, mechanical parts, electrical control and multi-pole air source booster. The hydraulic system is the main power source of this test bench. It is used for driving and performing functions of various hydraulic cylinders and mechanical parts. The clamping jaw of the test surface is directly driven by the hydraulic cylinder, and the axial clamping pressure is adjusted and pressurized according to the different test pressure levels of the valve (the highest hydraulic pressure is 31.5MPa). The clamping jaws are evenly stressed and clamped reliably. The radial movement is carried out by hydraulic
transmission, and the advance and retreat of each jaw are synchronized, which is flexible and free to ensure the testing of valves with different diameters. The multi-pole gas source booster device uses liquid-gas linkage to pressurize. The pressurization range is 0.6~32.0MPa, which is used for valve medium pressure test. There are two operation options of automatic and manual control for air source booster work. When automatic booster work is selected, the operator can observe the testing course in a close distance.
   The safety facilities of this test bench in the use of air source boost are controlled by the air source boost regulating valve, and the electric contact pressure gauge is designated to stop.

Precautions and safety requirements for use
1.  When installing, there must be a distance between the hydraulic control system and the workbench which must not be shorter than 500 mm. After adjusting installation level, use concrete to fix the foot bolts.
   
2.  Inject 30-40# hydraulic oil into the oil tank and the oil volume cannot be lower than the lowest limit of the oil level gauge.
   
3.  Turn on the power supply, press the "On button" of the oil pump, check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct(clockwise direction), adjust the pressure of the oil pump to 5.0MPa, test the machine, check that the pipe joints are free of leakage and other noises, and if any adverse phenomenon is found, repairing should be carried out immediately.
   
4.  When testing the valve. the required pressure boost adjustment shall be carried out with reference to the "Pressure Comparison Table Required for Clamping Cylinder" according to the test requirements of the tested valve . It is strictly prohibited to pressurize and ultra-high work to prevent deformation and damage of the tested valve.
   
5.  Before the gas source is boosted, the pointer of the electric contact pressure gauge shall be set at the position of the test pressure required by the tested valve. The high-pressure test shall refer to the "Liquid-Gas Linkage High-Pressure Comparison Table", and then the booster work shall be carried out. When the pressure reaches the required specified requirements, the oil pump automatically stops working.
   
6.  The air filter should be checked from on-work time to off-work time every day. The discharge hole on the pipeline air storage tank should be checked regularly every week.
   
7.  Keep the sealing disc of the working panel and the touching surface of the tested valve clean. No oil and other sundries are allowed. Non-related staff are strictly prohibited from approaching the machine during use.
   
8.  Hydraulic oil shall be checked and replaced regularly. The oil filter and oil tank shall be cleaned after 5~6 months of use  for the newly injected oil, and new oil shall be replaced at the same time. The oil temperature of the oil tank shall not exceed 60 degrees.
   
9.  It is strictly prohibited to use illegal over pressure operation.
