Technical performance and feature
1. YFT-Zseries has two parts：control part and clamp part(water tank). the whole claws clamp can be submerged into water. It is controlled by hydraulic system.
2. Y FT-Z series hydraulic valve test bench is suitable for flange valve's shell test，seal test and back seal test.
3. Using claws to hold the there's no external force effects on the test valve， which is in accordance with the requirement of GB/T13927-92.JB/T9092-99 and AP1596.
4.Left and right workbench both can be turned over 90 degrees， for the convenience of carrying valve and seal test.
5.Test medium can be chosen by user，water，air or kerosene
6.Test bench has low pressure water pump and water booster.There is an air connection reserved for air pump
7.Water and hydraulic oil can be cycle used.
8.The test bench has an automatic oil pressure discharge system.When using it，the high pressure condition and the relief pressure can be changed by itself, so it can reduce oil temperature and elongate the life of the test bench.
9. PLC control，touchscreen display pressure diagram and printer system is optional.
Main technical parameters and sizes
YFT -Z Valve Testing Bench Technical Proposal
1. YFT-Z type hydraulic valve test bench is a high technology content and high automation valve test equipment integrated with mechatronics and hydraulic system. It is made up of conventional hydraulic valve test bench, touch screen and PLC automatic control system.
2. Its force is from hydraulic power,which actuates the clamping cylinder of the tested valve, to turn
the left and right work bench over, and rotate the clamping. The high pressure is generated by oil-driven high pressure pump while the low pressure of water as testing medium is generated by the low pressure water pump The pressure can be compensated automatically（whether to do it depends on customers）. The whole process is completed by operating the needle valves , touch screen, PLC automatic control system or electronic control system.
3. Three clamps are set on both sides of the workbench to move synchronously in radial direction and to clamp and release synchronously in axial direction. And the right workbench can be turned over with an angle of 0~90°to check and inspect the sealing properly. The left workbench can be moved in radial direction to suit the valves test
with different length.
