VOK®-UV 3510 is an organic silicon surface additive used for radiation curing varnish to improve leveling and substrate wettability.

Features and Benefits
VOK®- UV 3510 is oriented to the coating surface due to its high interfacial activity. Especially recommended for radiation curing varnish. Very small doses can provide sufficient substrate wetting and leveling. Generally speaking, half of the amount of conventional silicone additives can achieve good leveling and substrate wetting effects. VOK ®-UV 3510 is particularly suitable for high-speed machines and plays a positive role in foam stability. It has good compatibility with conventional resin base materials and is suitable for the production of high transparency coatings. Recommended use VOK®-UV 3510 is specially recommended for all non-aqueous and radiation curing varnish.
Recommended dosage
0.2-0.6% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
