Features and benefits
The additive produces highly reproducible fine texture, scratch resistance and surface matting effects in all general powder coatings. Even if the film thickness changes, the same texture effect can be obtained.
Recommended dosage
0.1-0.4% additive (purchased form) based on total formulation.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests.
Incorporation method and processing guidance
The additive should be mixed and stirred with resins, curing agents, pigments and other additives at high speed, and then all extruded and discharged.
