The additive improves deaeration, pigment wettability and charge charge during powder coating processing. The additive also has a matting effect.
Recommended dosage
0.5-2% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on total formulation.
The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests.
Addition method and processing guidance The additive should be mixed with all components such as resin, curing agent, pigment and other additives using a high-speed dispersing machine, and then all extruded and discharged.
