Features and benefits 

The additive improves degassing on porous substrates in powder coatings. It reduces pinholes and bubble formation and optimizes scratch resistance. 

Recommended apps 

VOK®-AP 961 is recommended for polyester / TGIC / β- HAA / powder coatings of glycidyl esters with epoxy groups, polyester/epoxy, polyurethane, acrylates and epoxy. 

Recommended dosage

0.5-2% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on the total formulation and extruded with the other components in the formulation. 

The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests. 

Add method and processing guidance 

The additive should be mixed and stirred with resin, curing agent, pigment and other additives at high speed, and then all extruded and discharged.
