1.1 Overview
As an ideal equipment for high voltage measurement, this product is mainly used for power system and electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing departments to measure power frequency AC high voltage and DC high voltage.
The instrument is composed of two parts: high voltage and high voltage voltmeter and low voltage display meter, which are connected by supporting cables.
1.2 Functional characteristics
1. High precision
Precise high-voltage film capacitor and precise high-voltage glass glaze resistor are adopted, which have high input impedance, low test current, low power consumption, and improve the measurement accuracy and stability of the instrument;
In the signal processing part, high-performance OP is used for signal amplification, the latest double integral AD sampling technology is used, and the four half LCD display has the highest resolution of 0.001 kV. It is a new generation of high-voltage electrostatic voltmeter.
2. Good anti-interference performance
Special shielding technology is adopted. The surface of the pressure equalizing ball of aluminum alloy material is smooth and bright, which effectively improves the electric field distribution around the pressure equalizing ball, prevents tip discharge, and improves the anti-interference ability of the measurement data. Low voltage display instruments are shielded with all metal enclosed structure. High voltage and high voltage voltmeter and low voltage display instruments are connected with high-quality coaxial cables to reduce the impact of high voltage on the indication, so as to achieve high stability and linearity.
3. Safe and reliable
This instrument is composed of high voltage and high voltage voltmeter and low voltage display instrument. The high voltage and high voltage voltmeter is made of DuPont filling materials and sealed with special technology. It has smaller structure, lighter weight, the minimum internal partial discharge and higher reliability. There is no oil leakage. When working, the high-voltage high-voltage voltmeter and low-voltage instrument are connected by coaxial cable, and the high-voltage and low-voltage parts are far away, so the work is safe and reliable.
4. Simple operation
The dial switch is used to switch high and low voltage, AC and DC, which is convenient and fast. The measurement results are directly displayed on the four half LCD, which is simple and intuitive. It brings great convenience to the on-site inspection work.
5. Easy to carry
The portable structure is adopted, and the whole machine uses aluminum alloy packing box as the shell, which can be easily disassembled. Small size, light weight, easy to carry and use.
