1、 Product introduction
This product combines the advanced technology of modern digital frequency conversion, adopts microcomputer control, fully automates the voltage rise, voltage drop, measurement and protection, and can be manually intervened in the process of automatic voltage rise. Due to the full electronics, it is small in size and light in weight, large screen LCD display, clear and intuitive, and the printer outputs the test report. The design index fully conforms to the power industry standard of General Technical Conditions for Special Test Instruments for Electric Equipment, Part 4: General Technical Conditions for Ultra Low Frequency and High Voltage Generators, which is very convenient to use. At present, mechanical modulation and demodulation methods are used at home and abroad to generate ultra-low frequency signals, so there are non-standard sine wave waveforms, large measurement errors, spark discharge in the high-voltage part, and the equipment is cumbersome. In addition, the second and fourth quadrants of the sine wave also need high-power high-voltage resistors for discharge shaping, so the overall power consumption of the equipment is large. This product can overcome such shortcomings. In addition, the following features need special description:
★ The current and voltage data are obtained directly from the high-voltage side sampling, so the data are true and accurate.
★ Overvoltage protection: when the output exceeds the set voltage limit, the instrument will stop for protection, and the action time is less than 20ms.
★ Overcurrent protection: It is designed for high and low voltage dual protection, and accurate shutdown protection can be performed at the high voltage side according to the set value; When the current at the low-voltage side exceeds the rated current, the shutdown protection will be carried out, and the action time is less than 20ms.
★ The high-voltage output protection resistor is designed in the booster, so there is no need to connect another protection resistor outside.
★ Because the high and low voltage closed-loop negative feedback control circuit is adopted, the output has no capacity rise effect.
