Product Overview
DC high-voltage generator is a new generation of portable high-voltage detection instrument designed and manufactured according to the latest Chinese power industry standard DL/T848.1-2004 General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Equipment Part 1: DC High Voltage Generator, which is specially used to detect the electrical insulation strength and leakage current of power devices.
The instrument adopts high frequency voltage doubling circuit, applies the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage current double closed-loop feedback technology to improve the power supply adjustment rate and load adjustment rate, so that the voltage stability is high and the ripple is small. The imported high-power IGBT device and its driving technology are used to eliminate switching interference and realize the high quality and portability of the DC high-voltage generator. Imported high frequency and high voltage rectifier diodes are selected to make the double pressure cylinder smaller and lighter, and improve the efficiency of the whole machine. According to EMI and EMC theory, shielding, isolation, grounding and other measures are adopted to improve the safety of the whole machine and withstand rated voltage discharge without damage. The instrument has complete protection functions, including zero protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond special sensors, which can act quickly and reliably to effectively ensure the safety of people and equipment. Digital dial switch is selected for overvoltage setting, which is simple to operate and has high setting accuracy. An intelligent high-precision 0.75U function button is added to facilitate the test of zinc oxide arrester.
The instrument adopts an integrated design scheme: the double pressure cylinder and the host are placed in a case, combined with the latest technology, and the latest devices are selected to realize the advantages of small size, large power, light weight, convenient operation, safety and reliability, and high power output quality. It is an ideal test instrument in the high-voltage test industry.
Instrument characteristics
1. Output voltage stability: High frequency voltage doubling circuit is adopted, and the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and voltage current double closed-loop feedback technology are applied to improve the power supply adjustment rate and load adjustment rate, so that the voltage stability is high and the ripple is small. Full range smooth voltage regulation, high output voltage accuracy. The host voltmeter directly displays the voltage value loaded on the load, without additional voltage divider, and the wiring operation is simple. The voltage resolution is 0.1kV, and the current resolution is 1uA.
2. Comprehensive protection: complete protection functions, including zero protection, over-voltage protection, over-current protection, and breakdown protection. The protection circuit uses nanosecond special sensors, which can act quickly and reliably, and effectively ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
3.0.75U function: an intelligent high-precision 0.75U function one button is added. Press this button, the voltage and current will automatically jump to the 0.75U state, which is conducive to the test of zinc oxide arrester.
4. Zero rise voltage rise: the step-up potentiometer is used for zero rise voltage rise. The imported multi turn potentiometer is used for stable step-up process and high adjustment accuracy.
5. Overvoltage setting: digital dial switch is selected for overvoltage setting, which is simple to operate and has high setting accuracy.
6. Integrated design: the integrated design scheme is selected, and the host and the pressure doubling cylinder are placed in one cabinet. Imported high frequency and high voltage rectifier diodes are selected to make the double pressure cylinder small in size, improve the efficiency of the whole machine and facilitate carrying.
7. Reliable performance: high performance imported components are selected as key components, special insulating materials are coated on the surface of the pressure multiplier cylinder, which has good electrical performance, strong moisture resistance and no leakage.
8. Simple operation: each function key on the instrument interface has a reasonable layout, clear instructions, and is easy to learn and use.
