◆ Product overview

The product meets the requirements of DL/T848.2-2004 General Technical Conditions for High Voltage Test Apparatus Part 2 Power Frequency High Voltage Test Apparatus. It is used for power system insulation withstand voltage test of various high-voltage electrical equipment, electrical components and insulating materials under power frequency or DC high voltage. This series of test transformers has the advantages of small size, light weight, compact structure, and strong versatility.


◆ Main features:

● The product is made of high-voltage bushing by one-time pressing

● The complete isolation between the bushing and the gas barrel and the use of imported O-ring seals for all connecting parts completely solve the common problem of transformer air leakage

● Sleeping iron core design, effectively improving the seismic resistance of the product

● All products can pass 1.1 times induction withstand voltage test

● Use pure SF6 as insulation medium

● High and low voltage wires are made of high-strength polyester and oxygen free copper rod enamelled wires

● The iron core adopts new WISCO silicon cold rolled silicon steel coil

● Input voltage: AC200V for 10kVA and below

AC400V above 10kVA

● No load loss: ＜ 10%
