1、 Product Overview
The electrical integrity of the grounding device refers to the electrical connectivity between various electrical equipment, parts of the grounding device and equipment in the grounding device, that is, DC resistance value, also known as electrical continuity. The reliable and effective connection between the grounding downlead of power equipment and the grounding grid is the fundamental guarantee for the safe operation of equipment. The grounding down lead is the connection part between the power equipment and the grounding grid. During the long-term operation of the power equipment, the connection may be affected by factors such as moisture, and the node may be rusted, or even broken, resulting in an increase in the resistance of the connection point between the grounding down lead and the main grounding grid, thus failing to meet the requirements of the power regulations, resulting in unsafe risks in the operation of the equipment, which may lead to equipment grounding operation in serious cases. The underground grounding electrode and its connection part of the grounding device may also be rusted or even broken. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct electrical integrity test on grounding devices regularly.
The electric power industry standard DL/T475-2006 Guide for Measurement of Characteristic Parameters of Grounding Devices stipulates that the electrical continuity shall be measured with a special instrument with a resolution of 1m Ω and an accuracy of no less than 1.0. The grounding downlead continuity tester developed by our company according to this standard is a portable tester with a high degree of automation, which is specially used for the electrical integrity test of grounding devices. 2、 Product use
The grounding downlead continuity tester is applicable to the measurement of the continuity resistance between the grounding downlead of power equipment and the grounding grid (or adjacent equipment), as well as the measurement of low resistance resistance.
3、 Performance characteristics
Power supply technology: the latest power supply technology is adopted to output 10A current, which can work continuously for a long time, overcome the disadvantages of the instantaneous current of the pulse power supply, and can effectively break through the contact oxide film, obtaining good test results.
Strong anti-interference capability: under severe interference conditions, the last digit of the LCD can be stable within ± 1 word, with stable reading and good repeatability.
Long service life: high-precision resistors are used to effectively eliminate the impact of ambient temperature on the measurement results. At the same time, the use of military connectors enhances the anti vibration performance.
Simple operation: just press the measurement key to get the measurement results. The measurement results are displayed by LCD backlight, with intuitive reading and good repeatability.
