Product features and advantages
VOK ®- DF 1752 can prevent blistering during production and filling of printing ink system. It can also prevent the formation of foam and bubbles during processing. The additive has rapid foam breaking effect, and will not reduce the adhesion between layers when recoating. VOK ®- DF 1752 is VOK ®- DF 052 aromatic free version.
Recommended use
Solvent and solvent-free printing inks and varnishes.
Recommended dosage: 0.05-0.5% Additive dosage (supply form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
In order to obtain good defoaming effect, defoamer should be added to the abrasive. If it is added later, the shear force must be high enough to ensure a good distribution of defoamer, so as to prevent shrinkage.
