Product features and advantages
VOK ®- DF 1770 is particularly effective in acrylate and polyurethane/acrylate waterborne thick coating systems with airless/air mixed construction. It prevents the generation of microbubbles and is suitable for paints and varnishes. In the highlight system, it has no adverse effect on transparency and gloss. VOK ®- DF 1770 contains no solvent.

Recommended dosage
0.3-1% auxiliary dosage (supply form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
In the paint, the additive is best added to the abrasive. When used in the process of varnish or paint mixing, the shear force must be high enough to ensure good addition, so as to prevent shrinkage.
Special precautions
In order to improve leveling and surface performance, it is recommended to contact VOK ®- 348 and AQUACER 539 are used together to obtain good substrate wettability and good adhesion resistance.
