Storage and transportation
Store and transport at 0-40 ℃. Temperature sensitive lotion. If the temperature exceeds or falls below the recommended range, the product must be tested before use, and re emulsified at room temperature if necessary.

Product features and advantages
VOK ®- DF 1650 is recommended for defoaming emulsion paint with pigment volume concentration between 35-70. The defoamer has good long-term effect and has no adverse effect on the acceptability of color paste.
Recommended dosage
0.1-0.5% of auxiliary dosage (supply form) is based on the general formula. 0.8% under special circumstances.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive can be added at any time of production. The amount of defoamer is usually separated (2/3 of the amount is added to the abrasive, and 1/3 of the amount is added during paint mixing or after completion).
Printing ink and varnish
Product features and advantages
VOK ®- DF 1650 is recommended for defoaming of waterborne printing ink and finishing varnish of styrene acrylate and acrylate.
Recommended dosage
0.2-1% auxiliary dosage (purchase form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive can be added at any time of production. Defoamer is usually added in two parts (2/3 of the amount is added to the abrasive, and 1/3 of the amount is added to the paint mixing process or finished paint). Because of its high activity, the defoamer should be added under moderate shear force to ensure good dispersion. Otherwise, it may cause system defects.
