I. Product Overview:
TD3810-2 series comprehensive tester for flatness, straightness and edge straightness of ceramic tiles is used to determine the size and shape characteristics of various wall tiles and floor tiles. The measured parameters include edge straightness, straight Angle and flatness of ceramic tiles. When measuring, only one place the tested part, can quickly and accurately measure the above several indicators data. This product meets the requirements of GB/T3810.2-2006, ISO 10545-2-1995 "Ceramic tiles - Inspection of dimensions and surface quality". It is an ideal testing instrument for ceramic tile manufacturers and quality inspection departments.

Iii. Principle and Structure of TD3810-2 Series Comprehensive Tester for Flatness, straightness and Edge straightness of Ceramic Bricks:
The instrument consists of a supporting plate, a movable left support and a right support to form a rectangular coordinate system. On the plate are three standard plates of equal high support similar in shape to ceramic tiles and of ideal size to detect and adjust the meter value to the appropriate position and note the indicated value. Then, the standard plate was replaced by ceramic tile, and six parameters were measured without moving the measuring point. The left and right supports and the center measuring supports can be moved parallel on the plate to form spatial coordinates of different positions to adapt to the measurement of ceramic tiles of different sizes.
