
1. Technical requirements:
1.1 Steel bar gauge is composed of a base, a sliding platform, a clamping device, a gear and rack (or screw and nut) transmission mechanism and a CAM transmission mechanism.
1.2 The steel bar gauge makes the sliding platform move horizontally by turning the gear (or screw) by hand, and the CAM rotates once every time the sliding platform moves 10mm to complete the marking work.
1.3 The effective stroke of the sliding platform is 350mm.
1.4 The clamping device shall meet the requirements of the diameter of the steel bar used in the tensile test.
2. Inspection method:
2.1 Dimension measurement: The standard distance error of reinforcement is derived from the manufacturing and assembly system error. The average value of the measurement results at three places is randomly taken within 300mm of the steel bar after the standard distance, and the value is 0.1mm of 10 soil for three consecutive times.
2.2 Adjustment method: If there is any error in the result of size measurement, the clearance between gears (or screws and nuts) should be adjusted in time, and the corresponding parts should be replaced if necessary to meet the requirements of standard spacing.
3. Measuring instruments for calibration:
A vernier caliper that has been inspected by a competent authority and is in use within its validity period.
4. The steel bar spacing meter can be put into use after verification.
5, the verification cycle is one year, such as abnormal in use should also be checked immediately.
